A VALID PASSPORT OR PASSPORT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TRIPS and it must be in your possession upon boarding.
All credit card bookings will be charged a 3% transaction fee
A 20% deposit is required upon booking all reservations. The full balance of the trip is due by 90 days prior to departure. Cancellations will ONLY be refunded if your spot is re-booked.
Price of the trip includes all meals, snacks, shared stateroom accommodations, whale watching pangas in San Ignacio, all permits and Mexican visas, on board naturalists and a Spirit of Adventure mug. Beer, wine and soda are sold on the boat (free purified water fountain). Prices do not include any gratuities, possible whale shark excursion, any flights or transfers, or possible fuel surcharges. We reserve the right to charge a fuel surcharge if the local fuel prices increase considerably, if charged, will be due by time of departure.
